Mike O from Isaac Heating just completed the annual maintenance on our air conditioner. Mike was very courteous, doing a though jobs and explaining everything he did and the status of our unit. We couldn't have asked for better service. We have a Gold Seal Plan which gives us two inspections per year of the furnace and air conditioner and a service plan that gives us the assurance that we are covered if anything goes wrong with our 15 year old system (hasn't yet!). Thank you Isaac!

February 2019. We had an issue with our system's thermostat so I called Isaac with a question. Pleasantly surprised that our Gold Seal Warranty on the heating and A/C even covers the thermostat and would be replaced at no charge. We were even more surprised when we learned that it could be replaced the next day. Mike Petote, the Service Technician arrived on time and did a great job with the installation and showing us how to program the thermostat how our desired comfort levels day and night. Isaac, the Isaac team, Gold Seal, and all the heating and cooling products they sell are the greatest.
