They sent me the completely wrong item and expect me to pay return fee if I want a refund

How can they dare ask customers to pay out of their own pocket because they sent the wrong item

They would say it is not the wrong item, it is an alternative item

Play on words but that does not rectify the fact you sent me the wrong part which of course does not fit my car

Incredibly disappointed and will spread the word to people about these arrogant guys
