Didn't think this place was shady when I picked up...

Didn't think this place was shady when I picked up the car but when I was an hour late they charged me $30 more which is ridiculous. The male receptionist who was an Asian guy was super rude to say the least wish I got his name but I was so frustrated with his behavior. On the other hand the vahicle inspection guy was amazing. He should be working in a better position than that. Both the stars are for him not for the company.
