These people don't care. I was interrupted several times on the phone and spoken over as the woman got louder. They also didn't document a case I filed against a very sketchy dentist office that messed my teeth up and charged for procedures which were not done. I spent over an hour "filing a complaint" that I was supposed to get a call back about and I waited over a month so I called them and they dont even have my complaint on file.
