I usually stop here when I am in the neighborhood ...

I usually stop here when I am in the neighborhood --majority of the times, I come here for a pre-dinner or after dinner snack. The place is located in a small nook and very easily can be missed. Although, usually there is a long line and wait. The service is a bit slow and sometimes I have gotten the rude and obnoxious cashier who pretends I don't even exists and continues to type on their phone. The Birdhaus [chicken, cilantro, crushed peanuts and red sugar] is small enough to quell any cravings but not enough to leave you stuffed. The bread is usually soft and warm while the chicken is piping hot. A couple of times, I have completely burned my tongue but that didn't stop me from wolfing down the boas. The boas are more expensive than other places I been too but it is okay as a once in awhile treat or if you are just buying one as it is nearly impossible to be full after eating one.
