great team running this place, the owner should be proud. right from the pick-up at our resort in Banff to drop off these people we accommodating and amazing. we had one rider go off trail, snowmobile rolled down into tree, they did everything possible to make sure rider didn't have to pay for repairs. I thought that was very decent of them.
