Every time I recalled that I used to trust the apartment managers there, I am apoplectic and regretful for myself I trusted the wrong people. I almost lost my job because those people !!! I paid the rent, and they refused to solve the serious but simple problem in my apartment. It is just a simple dehumidifier issue. But they were either stalling or cheating on me. I am disappointed with you. You should feel shame.

What happened is that after my apartment changed the managing company, the new company solved my issue immediately. They really solved my problem immediately !!!! What a sharp comparison!!!! Maybe your company should really learn something from others. Shame on you !!! I don't have any personal problem against your company, but I am super angry!!!
