I had the pleasure of having Mrs. Daverne Lindsey as my service advisor today! As soon as I pulled into the service station, she was prompt and ready to address my service needs. She was very professional, respectful, welcoming, and extremely attentive to the needs of my vehicle. My services were done in a timely fashion and she also suggested that I grab a cup of complementary coffee! Additionally, aside from getting my oil changed she noticed I needed to get another repair taken care (replacing my air filter). She explained that the air filter is the key part of your engine s respiratory system. Without replacing the air filter, this could lead to damage to internal components of the engine, reduction in overall fuel efficiency, and lack of power under hard acceleration; all in which I want to avoid lol. After she informed me of the risks that can lead from the lack of replacing my air filter, I went ahead and got it replaced and my car was out in no time! She was VERY, VERY informative!!!! Nonetheless, I would GLADLY recommend others to her. Thanks again, Daverne Lindsey and the rest of the excellent customer service team at Hall Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Virginia Beach :)
