Not satisfied because I received something lower than what I requested, I demanded a change of product or a refund of money. Eight emails and six messages later, in which the seller wanted to exchange the product for another one he wanted and not for what I needed, I decided MercadoLibre to intervene. Thanks to this, in the end I recovered my money, after several attempts by these sellers to minimize their mistakes, to insinuate that you do not know what you are asking for and want to sell you what suits them and not what you requested. Terrible service.
