Wrong. I bought a monitor to work on June 9 (ASUS VP228HE LED 21.5``). Three days later it arrived, but it was defective. Cyberpuerta is not directly responsible for the warranty, so they sent me a guide and sent the monitor directly to Asus. Today is July 2 (almost a month !!) and I still have neither a monitor, nor a refund of my money nor a response from Cyberpuerta or Asus. Be very careful, they are very friendly on the phone but not efficient to support when your product is bad. Other stores are much faster at that.
