Recently my car had to be taken to Magna Motors to diagnose and fix a no-start situation. This was late on a Friday evening. Since my car wasn't going to get fixed until the appropriate technician was available, Scott, the service writer, put me in a loaner vehicle. It was a rather new Volvo SUV, very clean and with many comfort and safety features. By early the following Monday morning the technician had diagnosed and fixed my problem. Scott called me to let me know. When I got there I saw that my car had been washed, and when I started it up I saw that the gas gauge showed a full tank. The no-start problem was diagnosed and fixed and both the wash job and the fuel top up were complimentary, and I call that excellent service.
