Customer service inside was great and I could tell...

Customer service inside was great and I could tell he was trying to do everything he could to speed things up. However, my appointment was for 7:30 am - and I did this on purpose so I could get in and out quickly. The tech assigned to my car didn t arrive until 8am - why schedule appointments for 7:30 if staff isn t even there to work? My car was not finished until 9:30. Two hours for an oil change and tire rotation? Brand new car, no other issues... makes no sense and was very frustrating.
