My Android Audio 10.2" screen went to static over ...

My Android Audio 10.2" screen went to static over a week now. Cannot see nothing on the screen but multiple white lines. I only had it little over a month now. I paid over $500 for the stereo and $400.00 to get installed due to the technician had to install it with out no instruction (did not came with it) and could not find it on the YouTube. Will update when supposedly I have appoint with Phoenix tactician tomorrow. And this review won't let me upload the pictures of the screen. I guess they been getting a lots of bad review with pictures to proof it. My order number is PA 22121.
