I recently had a disappointing experience with a guitar store called Rudeguitar.com. The customer service was lacking, and it took weeks for my order to arrive. When it finally did, the guitar had several scratches and was not in the condition I expected. I contacted their support, but they were unhelpful and unapologetic. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
