This is one of the best stores I ve been in for customer service. Staff, in particular, Karen and Ed whom I ve worked with recently, are knowledgeable, professional and they go the extra mile. I needed to replace a lightbulb during COVID, a seemingly easy task but I can t go to a store and the lightbulb has been discontinued. Ed helped me by phone figure out the replacement, arranged curb side pick up for me and did it in record time.
That s just one example of their amazing service. Hats off to this store.
