The Houston Housing Authority has dropped the ball...

The Houston Housing Authority has dropped the ball on it's housing voucher recipients. They've cancelled All appointments for the clients to come in and pick up their voucher and they have nothing in place . All of these people who are in the process of moving could end up homeless because of your incompetentce . They won't mail the voucher and they won't EMAIL the voucher either . Seriously ? You people aren't very smart people!!!!
