This place is spectacular! My girlfriend and I went for an early Valentine's Day celebration and I have to say, this was one of the best dinners I've had in quite some time. We ordered the arugula salad and cauliflower salad to start, and the flavor combinations in the cauliflower salad were the perfect thing to start off with- very bright with lots of citrus! For our mains, we ordered two pizzas to share - Maranella (broccolini, burrata, and sausage) and Garbatella (red onions, tuna, hot chili, and buffalo mozzarella). They were both very special pizzas, unlike anything I've had before. The roman style is pretty unique! For dessert, we had panna cotta which was served with olive oil, so not too sweet but very tasty - and a mini pizza stuffed with a sweet pistachio inside.

The food was all perfect, and the service was very warm and comfortable. The manager even came by to make sure we were good, and took care of our drinks when he learned that I worked nearby because as he said - "we're family". I thought that was so nice!

Definitely go here if you want to experience a new type of pizza and feel transported to somewhere other than an alleyway off of 6th Ave in Mid-Market. It is a pretty strange location... but that didn't bother me at all!
