Went out there to look at a used car they had on the lot. First off they couldn't find the car, nobody knew where it was... So they looked over my trade in and started calling WHOLESALERS to get a price for it... They came back with an offer of $6,000 acting like they where giving me a mint when every other dealership was offering me 10-11k. When i told the sales manager that the dealership down the road offered me $11,000 towards a car nearly identical to the one they couldnt even find he got very condescending and laughed at me and tole me "i would go jump on that then". So i did... Thanks to Ramsey i got the same car for a grand less and didnt have to deal with unprofessional jackasses.
