First and foremost, I don t leave many reviews unless my experience is great or terrible and clearly my experience here was terrible. I ve been coming here for years and I must tell you, I won t be coming back after 1/29/2021. The service I received tonight was beyond unprofessional and they made me feel highly uncomfortable. When I arrived around 7pm, I was asked how many games would you like to start with? I paid to start with two because I never know how long my games will last and the waiter service is never consistent. I only had two beers by the time the two games finished so I added another game. By the third game finished, I only had one more beer so I went to add another game which I was told I could not due to the wait line of others. (I ve only been there for 1 hour & 15 mins because there was only 3 of us) I asked to be added to the wait list then I was given a buzzer to wait along with others, I was not asked my name or number and I was quoted a two hour wait.. keep in mind they close at 10pm during covid so I was quoted a wait after closing time and they did not ask for my name or number. I still wanted to wait but went outside in my car to wait and security followed me outside yelling after me hello?! front desk wants you I responded me? He said yeah you just left right? Someone I never spoke to that came out with security and asked for the buzzer I was given and said it won t work in the car and that I d receive a call. With no phone number? I don t know what happened but I will explain that I ve been working in customer service for over 5 years and the least they could have done was explained that there was a limit on games on a busy night OR atleast let us know that we wouldn t be able to receive a lane on such a busy night. The service was so unprofessional and this was not the first time, I m just not a complainer so I always ignored it. The front desk always has a nasty attitude. I will never ever come back here and I will make sure I leave a review every single day to remind them of how unprofessional their customer service is.
