Please stay away from this. It is very slow customer service. There is too much waiting for chat or phone calls. I am trying to chat online from all day of today but I didn't reach till the end of office time. I have issue to open my account. My every documents are uploaded and my fund transfered from my other bank account but now questrade has no time to complete the process. Very very poor customer service
