Price for an oil change was $15 less than the Cary Honda dealer. Staff very helpful on the phone to schedule an appointment. At first we were ignored by staff after arriving for our appointment, but Gerald was very attentive and prompt after he realized we were waiting. In the end, I was happy with the experience.

Update : I've been there 2 times since the above experience, and continue to have poor experiences. Both times I've made appointments for an oil change and both times I've had to wait over 2 hours for my car. Mike was helpful both times, but when the car gets to the back, it's out of his hands. It's not worth my time to continue to be a customer here any longer.
