I work for a provider who did business with this law office. I have never seen employees who are so unethical and unprofessional. And management seems to be okay with this. They sit on settlements for six months and then when you ask for payment, they bully you, call you scum and fraud and threaten to sue you. And these threats are made by employees (Ivy Callahan), not their lawyers. Stay away. I will never refer a client or do business with this law firm.
