I love this place. I have worked in multiple treatment facilities and none of them have come close to LRA. I'm an MSW student at Utah State and have had the opportunity to work with students on both the residential side and clinical side. LRA is very structured and not necessarily an easy program, but easy doesn't always help. Every student gets out what they put into their treatment. The staff and clinical team are always there to hold the students accountable and give them opportunities for growth. I have also been in multiple treatment facilities and can say that compared to those, LRA is much more nice. In my experience in working and being a client in treatment, you only get out what you put in. If a student consistently pushes back then the program is going to be harder. LRA has staff that helps to encourage and empower each student in that change process.
