horrendous. Unhelpful. Apparently this company think they are beyond receiving complaints and as such dont offer access to this department.
Their webpage means that if your not a customer yet or an old customer you have to wait in a telephone queue being over charged.
Completely shocking that a "TELCOMS" Company would have such limited telecoms!!!
