Worst experience ever, I had gone there for facing interview but what happened at that moment, HR told me that I would provide you 12600/- Rs. Let alone giving 18k or 20k ,HR Provided me this so called salary. I would like to suggest to all of you, instead of working hcl bpo ,you must do job in many different mnc companies like concentrix, teleperformance, fis ,and last not least IENERGIZER. These companies are best for international process n as well as domestic . (this is pathetic opinion from my side) should be implemented major changes.
