A shame, we have canceled the reservation 3 days before our arrival due to hotel closure and on top of that they have the nose to give us 24 hours to choose between another hotel in its chain on the other side of the island, as if the location did not matter at all, or return the money to us without surcharges. We have been annoyed by the wonderful holidays that we had organized for months.
