I have been using the American Dairy Assoc. of Indiana / Dairy & Nutrition Council website for a while now, and I must say it is a fantastic resource. The website is very informative and provides a wealth of knowledge about dairy and nutrition. It has helped me make better choices for myself and my family when it comes to our diet. I can't recommend it enough.
