I give a negative star mark!!!!
If you purchase a lease threw them goes great but when it comes time to do a lease buy out or the next steps. They leave you hanging. 1st they contact me a year before the lease is do saying I am over my mileage which I was like 10,000 miles from that. 2nd starting in February of this year I start getting phone calls from them wanting to know what I wanted to do when I ask the for more information they tell me let s wait until the end of the lease. So at the 1st of July I contact them to get
The ball going and to make a long story short and after being pass ed around and speaking with like 6 different people. I have not heard anything from them by the end of the lease so I have to contact Toyota to get the buy out and go threw my credit union for the financing. So because this dealership does not know which is up or how to contact people back here I sit with everything and I am unable to register my car and drive it because it is the end of the month and there is no bill of sale from Toyota to take to the DMV TO REGISTER IT AND GET NEW STICKERS. DO DON t deal with them unless u like to be passed around and around.
