My A/C stopped working in the evening of July 3. In the morning of July 4 I called for service and I would not have been surprised if the holiday caused a problem. It did not. The answering service said that a technician would call me shortly before his arrival.
Around noon I received the call. Technician Mike Walters apologized for the delay and said that would arrive in about an hour. He did and the repair took about an hour and a half.
Mike explained what the problem(s) and what he did to correct them. The charge for the service was reasonable. I was able to pay with a credit card which is not unusual these days but it is still a convenience.
I signed up with Air Genie about two years ago shortly before they were acquired by Bruno A/C. Under either name the service has been quite good.
