As a current resident at saint christophers, I could tell you that this place is doing absolutely nothing for either me or the rest of the kids here. This is my senior year and i have been living here for three years. They promised that they were going to help me find independent living programs or assistant living programs for when i leave here and now im stuck to figure things out for myself. They do not care about the kids here at all they have no clinicians at the moment no recreational programs or anything for us to do. They barely have any staff to watch the kids and they keep on taking in new kids knowing full well they dont have the staff to watch them. The kids just sit in the cottages all day and cant have their phones, cant watch TV til 7:30 at night and our bed time is 8:30. Than they wonder why the kids sit there and create unnecessary drama with one another and its because they have nothing beneficial going on or for the kids to look forward to. I would not advise sending your kids here or even working here. They dont even communicate nothing with the staff like when they need to work next they just put them on a schedule and expect them to show up like they dont have lives to live. The only good thing that i could say is that the school is a better place with people who actually care about us. They do more to make sure all us kids are good and only want to succeed. But that kaplan and they have a totally different program compared to st christophers. Also the food at st chris isnt even cooked. They brought chicken one time and it was pink and the vegetables were still frozen. In my opinion they NEED to shut this place down
