Joe Cotton Ford notifies me each time service is due via email which is great since servicing vehicles is not my top priority.

On January, 16, 2016, service began at my appointment time so I did not have to wait. It was thorough and done quickly and efficiently. My car was returned to me as clean as it was before service began. The checklist provided is a great tool for me to have a record of exactly what was done.

The entire staff at Joe Cotton is thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, and caring.

Waiting room is large and very comfortable with free coffee, a TV and free WIFI so I was able to work on my laptop while I waited.

Highly recommend this dealership.
