I really upset their so called "professional" work...

I really upset their so called "professional" work.
Not much people there, my car was inside workshop for 1.5 hour for nothing, And then, 10 mins to change the oil, filter and all services(almost twenty items check). why they waste me 1.5 hours for nothing without a reason? Can 10 min guarantee the quality of those services?
