Wait time was very short at the store. However, I do not feel the service was great. My CSR was telling me & kept telling me how i missed out all on the "good deal" that just ended. instead of telling me the current pricing now. Also, CSR that assisted me gave me a completely different list of modems that have been Buckeye Approved. All of which are very old.. Like I cannot buy them a best buy because Best buy doesn't even sell them anymore. and none were available at the Buckeye store. Then the CSR proceeded to tell me that they barely have any rental modems to give out and are not sure when they will receive more. LIKE HOW ON EARTH DO I GET INTERNET THROUGH BUCKEYE IF THEY DO NOT OFFER A MODEM OR IF I CANNOT BUY MY OWN????
