See what is advertised and offered and what is actually delivered!!! Old, stale, mouldy pieces of odd assortment instead of bespoke chocolates. Giving refund without any further explanation and reassurance that it would not happen again, it is not what Selfridges stands for, or is this a sign of things to come.....
