The worst service company!!! Call a local handyman...

The worst service company!!! Call a local handyman instead. I wanted to post a video of how awful this company is but I don't want to spend more time with them on my mind. The technician had to call the office to recommend what the problem was. Why my washing machine wasn't dispensing the detergent/fabric softener? They told him to recommend changing the tray. To come out and diagnose this, it cost me $99. OK, fine please get me a tray and shove it in the drawer. THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ANOTHER $99!!! We bought the part on Ebay for $35....$40 less than what they were charging. IT WAS NOT THE TRAY. Now they won't come back out and diagnose the problem properly since they got it wrong the first time. Oh and this is after waiting for a month and calling to make an appointment 3 times. UPDATE: Samsung, was nice enough to contact Lakes Electronics & decided that Lakes was useless and horrible!! Lakes r e f u s e d to let Samsung speak to a supervisor. She said that they would not allow her to speak to Mike, the manager who I spoke with earlier! Any 5 star rating for this company must have come from Lakes employees. Samsung even hates them
