The technician was polite and helpful. I felt as thought she really cared about my comfort. The room was nice. Unlike my past experience it felt more like a hotel room and less like an examining room. My only concern was the delay. I was told she would be there to set me up in 5 minutes but it turned out to be 20 or 30 mins. She explained that there was a back-up. This wasn't a big problem for me because I had my e-book. It might have been concerning if I was the nervous type.It is the only reason why I gave four stars instead of 5.
