I've had somewhat of a mixed experience at 2101A. I think the main issue is lack of communication between myself and my roommates with our landlord. We recently have been given a 5 day notice to terminate a breach of our lease. To my understanding, all of the complaints we received were regarding us violating the quiet hours policy. We all personally feel that a simple text or call is all it would take for us to be quieter whenever these complaints happen. Instead there have been times where our property manager will contact our parents about our behavior instead of just going straight to us. I personally was not living here during the summer, and to this day have never met, seen, or talked to our property manager. I think a huge improvement would be better lines of communication between tenets and landlord. Other than that, everything else has been fine. Utilities have worked and I can't think of any other major issues.
