I have been a patient here for awhile, sometimes as a walkin on Fridays. I chose to come here and now am in the process of choosing another facility. There are to many negative details after this last visit/medication issue to go into and I am not a person to badmouth any facility, in fact this is the 1st ever review I have sent out.
I am a smart, caring individual who has to rely on a medical practice for part of my daily wellbeing, meaning medication and med refills. I am a cash patient as I do not qualify for Medicaid or any other assistance. I also work in the medical field and understand that people rely on us for a service...yes, service....
The fact that you are understaffed and make mistakes is NOT my problem..i can understand once maybe twice, but when you are dealing with folks wellbeing and they rely on you and follow all of the protocol, you should not Ever, ever reprimand someone...you as the provider, should go out of your way to be compassionate and understanding and also apologize..
It goes a long way when someone is upset because of your continuous errors and lack of communication within your staff...
I'm not saying everyone there is incompetent, but let me say this...in the field you, yes, you..have chosen, you need some feelings and empathy, especially when your at fault.
If not, find another career that isn't directly effecting people's lives.
I left a note for the Founder of this facility, Dr. Anthony Cusi..
