I was given an appointment which I met promptly. The dealership was clean, but no refreshment offered. My service advisor, Mr Bradley Markoff was businesslike. He explained that the car would be checked out and that he would get back with me once the car was checked out. He got back and explained that my concerns could be corrected along with my 100,000 mile service. Although, I only had 78,000 miles. I gave permission to do those repairs and asked about the 10 per cent AARP discount. Mr Bradley told me that I would get it. I also informed Mr Bradley of my extended warrantee. This was on Jun 19 2020. When I picked 2010 E550 on Jun 30, 2020, I found myself with a bill of $5060.35 of which I paid $1198.52 with no mention of my supposed 10 per cent discount. I feel that a good job was done, a lot was done without my authorization. Also, $120.00 was stolen from me.
