Just checked in the room January 25th 10:30 great assistant manager she was cool got in the room to relax try to turn on Bluetooth speaker switch did not work cause front desk asked to switch room some mail now working customer service told us we didn't know what we were doing with the Bluetooth speaker came off very rude to me and my wife did not want to switch room for us until he was able to come check the speaker for himself he insisted the two college grad didn't know what they were doing with a Bluetooth speaker came off very rude I spent over $200 to have no music in the room waste of money all we asked was to switch a room due to Corona we did not want someone coming in the room to check a speaker that my six-year-old daughter can work all we wanted to do was to be switched into another room customer service sucks need new overnight help
