The ER was a different experience than the Surgery...
The ER was a different experience than the Surgery unit. ER took hours to go through. The rooms were tiny and you can here people all around, suffering in pain. After being hooked up to an IV I told the nurse that I had to use the bathroom more than once and I had to unhook the IV and walk to the bathroom . She had a surprised look on her face and then ran after me for a urine sample. When I finally spoke with a Dr. he was very dry and short with me, sent me to the ultrasound room and then I didn't see him again. I got mixed information from different people and I could say more about the experience but you get the idea.
The Surgery Unit process was smooth sailing the intake people were nice the nurses and doctors were nice, professional and informative and the experience was top notch care. They did everything to make sure that I was comfortable, they listened to me and answered all of my concerns. I have panic and anxiety and because of them I felt safe and in calm. The facility was clean and the room looked sanitary.
