Three years ago my family and I were in a five car accident. I'm not sure if this is a law shared by other states, but in Maryland if you hit the person infront of you by law you are at fault, even if they slam their brakes after cutting you off. Being the middle car we were pushed into the car infront of us. Mr. Witkop handled our case in a timely mannor, with professionalism, and was available both by phone and email making it easy to contact him and for him to contact us.
