This company has been in business for some time in the Columbia area of MD. They cater to the small to mid size non profit sector. However, there is one glaring shortcoming throughout this organization , that being the lack of African Americans in the workforce. It would be a shame if Protech Associates had a policy of not hiring African Americans or Hispanic people at their company. There might be a rush to hire a token black person or two if word gets out. But, as of now , it is quite amazing to see no African Americans work at Protech and Associates.
