I moved to Memphis very suddenly this past summer and after a couple of months here, I decided I was ready to buy a new house (my second one ever). I met Mary Kathryn Martin at one of the Berkshire/Regency model home offices. When I first met her, I was just excited to be working with someone who was a lot like me, young, energetic and excited about her job. I had NO IDEA the amount of effort she was willing to put in to make sure I found the PERFECT new home! It was pretty late in the day, so she said she would meet me the next morning, Sunday, which I m pretty sure I remember was her day off, more than 3 hours before the office would have even been open for the day. The night before, she sent me several emails with tons of information on available houses, floorplans, lots, etc. I met her the next morning and told her I wanted to see one of the homes she had sent me the information on, that was already completed and basically ready for move in. She took me to the house, I fell in LOVE and 30 minutes later we were completing the necessary paperwork for me to secure my new home. Throughout the next 4-5 weeks while I waited to close, she texted and called me constantly to check in, she met me at design appointments and builder walk-throughs. She answered every call/text/email question I sent her within minutes. At the end of the entire process, she was at the closing and was so generous to gift me with several gift cards to help with projects after move in. I ve worked in customer service for almost six years now, and although I like to think I m good at my job, Mary Kathryn Martin is the epitome of customer service! She goes above and beyond with every single aspect of her job and in my opinion, when you re considering buying a home, you don t want anything less. Thank you Mary Kathryn for everything!!! You re a rockstar!
