Pros
Good location
The room we had, with 2 bedrooms, was good

Cons
Advertised services were not always available, tea and coffee etc
Food on the first night was not great and improved on the second. Would not eat there again
Staff were pleasant but not helpful
General condition of the place was run down
Lift broke down
