Update 9/28 still no help. No contact. No response no Nothing. I guess I have to waste my time searching the net to leave more bad reviews on different websites that I can find. All this grief to get solar panels fixed, pathetic. If anyone is debating on using this company can message me, and I'll give you documentation on the last year and a half. Update: 9/23./20. DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACTS! POOR QUALITY PRODUCT. POOR QUALITY COMPANY WITH POOR QUALITY SERVICE. . HEARTLESS
FOUR MONTHS NO POWER PRODUCED! I emailed like it says on the response. They came and changed our inverter on the first still no power produced. I've been leaving messages on the number they gave me and now it says they aren't taking calls on it. I have no idea how we are going to pay our electric bill again. I have no idea what or do. Ignored by this company and Sunrun. I'm at a loss on what to do. Soo we had ALOT of issues and miscommunication during installation of our panels. Now we have a full aps bill of $460 because apparently our panels apparently haven't been working for two months. We haven't even had them for a year. We were told they would be monitored remotely and we wouldn't have to worry about them. Been trying to get a reply from sunrun for weeks. we live on social security and paying $750 for both bills is upsetting. These panels are not worth it.
