My mother made a reservation for her and a friend on Thanksgiving day. She specifically reserved a table because of her knees can not get out of a booth. We she arrived the reservation showed that she had reserved a table but was told that only booths were available because the tables were being used for large parties. At roughly 2 pm there were many empty tables waiting for customers. When they were to arrive I do not know. There seemed to be no concern about my mom who followed the protocol for reserving a table. She was forced to go somewhere else were she endured a 1 hour 40 minute wait for a Thanksgiving dinner. Shame on you for putting a 87 year old woman through this mess.
