We purchased our first home in 2016 and was designated to CMLS for our mortgage for 5yrs, during that entire time we have never had any issues every call that was placed to them there was always a professional, helpful, courteous person on the the other end. CMLS agents listen to your questions and concerns and go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. We are now in our renewal process and dealing with Dharma has been the most stress free delightful experience. She is such a knowledgeable compassionate individual even with having to call her multiple times to inquire about options she never made me feel like I was a bother or ever rushed me. She is very patient and kind not to mention she knows the market and her job flawlessly (very impressive).
I wished everyone could have the same experience I have with my mortgage company especially in this time of uncertainty and having that support means a lot to myself and family. I look forward to a long time relationship with CMLS. Good job everyone!!
