Service is very friendly, prices are high, free coffee and bagels. Some people would think a Mercedes is a special car and it is. Built to last and no corner cutting by the factory. However, there is no reason to charge almost $300 for a Schedule A service, which is basically just an oil change. I can get that done almost any where for $50 or so. I'm not going to pay for Von Housen's show room expansion. He makes enough money for that with selling his vehicles. Service should be just that and not a revenue stream for funding your sales... That's why I just bought a Buick Encore from Folsom GMC/Buick instead of a Mercedes crossover SUV like a GLC 300...
