Angie's husband, John Weich, posting a review of the Service Dept. Took my 2018 Civic in on 10 October 2019 to have a noise checked that seemed to be related to the AC system. It turned out that the compressor needed to be replaced and was fortunately covered by warranty. Once again, Dylan Flatt did a fantastic job of getting my car in, repaired, and made sure it was completely checked out before returning it to me. He also had the loaner car set up for me when I arrived since we weren't sure how long it would take to determine the root cause of the problem. Dylan Flatt is always my "go to" person for the Service Adviser because he is professional, detail oriented, and always drives issues to a successful conclusion. He is a real asset to this dealership's Service Department. I have owned many cars over the years and have visited many dealerships, and Dylan is absolutely the best Service Adviser! It is a real pleasure working with him. To McDavid Honda - be sure to recognize Dylan for his outstanding efforts!
